{"data":{"id":"us-in/ic-16-41-27-5","jurisdiction":"us-in","citation":"IC 16-41-27-5","heading":"Mobile home community","body":"Sec. 5. (a) As used in this chapter, \"mobile home community\" means one (1) or more parcels of land:\n(1) that are subdivided and contain individual lots that are leased or otherwise contracted;\n(2) that are owned, operated, or under the control of one (1) or more persons; and\n(3) on which a total of at least five (5) mobile homes, manufactured homes, or industrialized residential structures are located for the purpose of being occupied as principal residences.\n(b) The term includes the following:\n(1) All real and personal property used in the operation of the mobile home community.\n(2) A single parcel of land.\n(3) Contiguous but separately owned parcels of land that are jointly operated.\n(4) Parcels of land:\n(A) that are separated by other parcels of land; and\n(B) that are:\n(i) jointly operated; and\n(ii) connected by a private road.\n(5) One (1) or more parcels of land, if at least two (2) of the mobile homes, manufactured homes, or industrialized residential structures located on the land are:\n(A) accessible from a private road or interconnected private roads;\n(B) served by a common water distribution system; or\n(C) served by a common sewer or septic system.","path":["TITLE 16.
