(a) Except as provided in subsection (b), the state department may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to carry out this chapter, including rules for the following:\n(1) Health, sanitation, and safety.\n(2) Sewage collection.\n(3) Sewage disposal through septic tank absorption fields.\n(b) The environmental rules board shall adopt rules under IC 13-14-9 concerning public water supplies required for mobile home communities.","path":["TITLE 16.
