(a) As used in this chapter, \"recreational vehicle\" means a vehicle with or without motive power that is equipped to be used exclusively as living quarters for persons traveling upon the highways.\n(b) The term includes the following:\n(1) A travel trailer, including a \"fifth wheel\" travel trailer towed by a truck connected to the trailer by a hitch located in the bed of the truck.\n(2) A motor home.\n(3) A truck camper that has an enclosure with a floor and facilities allowing it to be used as a dwelling.","path":["TITLE 16.
