The:\n(1) executive of a county that has formed a county health department;\n(2) fiscal body of a city that has formed a city health department; and\n(3) executive of the county and the fiscal body of a city that have formed a joint county-city health department;\nmay, as an alternative, on their own initiative or after a petition by five percent (5%) of the registered voters within the jurisdiction of the health department, by ordinance establish and maintain a vector abatement program in that health department.","path":["TITLE 16.
