(a) As used in this chapter, \"diagnostic imaging facility\" means an entity that:\n(1) provides diagnostic imaging to an individual for the purpose of health care; and\n(2) is not owned or operated by a hospital licensed under IC 16-21-2.\n(b) The term does not include the following offices where an x-ray or imaging service is exclusively used by the office:\n(1) A dental office.\n(2) An optometrist office.\n(3) A practitioner's office.","path":["TITLE 16.
