Without limiting the authority to inspect under IC 16-41-5-1, the state department may do the following:\n(1) Inspect the site of a lead-based paint activities project:\n(A) during the project; or\n(B) after the project is completed.\n(2) Conduct an investigation of a lead-based paint activities project upon:\n(A) the state department's own initiation; or\n(B) the receipt of a complaint by a person.\n(3) Conduct an investigation of the provider of a lead-based paint activities training course upon:\n(A) the state department's own initiation; or\n(B) the receipt of a complaint by a person.","path":["TITLE 16.
