(a) Before issuing a certificate of free sale, a business shall provide the following to the state department:\n(1) Proof of registration with the Indiana secretary of state.\n(2) The most recent inspection report showing the business is in good standing.\n(3) A completed application.\n(4) The fee for the certificate of free sale.\n(b) The state department shall charge the following fees for issuing a certificate of free sale:\n(1) For each original certificate, a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25).\n(2) For each additional copy, a fee of five dollars ($5).","path":["TITLE 16.
