A mobile retail food establishment permit issued by a local health department under this chapter:\n(1) is in effect for one (1) year;\n(2) may be renewed annually by the owner or operator of a mobile retail food establishment that continues to meet the standards established by the local health department under this chapter; and\n(3) authorizes the owner or operator to operate a mobile retail food establishment within the jurisdiction of the local health department.","path":["TITLE 16.
