(a) The homestead vendor or the owner of a small farm may sell the items described in subsection (b) at:\n(1) property (as defined in section 3.5 of this chapter); or\n(2) a farmers market;\ndirectly to an end consumer.\n(b) A homestead vendor or the owner of a small farm may sell the following items primarily derived from a location described in subsection (a)(1) or (a)(2) directly to an end consumer:\n(1) Meat products:\n(A) raised at the individual's property; and\n(B) slaughtered, processed, and labeled in compliance with IC 15-17-5.\n(2) Prepared foods, including baked goods.\n(3) Candy.\n(4) Produce.\n(5) Natural sweeteners.\n(6) Fruit spreads.","path":["TITLE 16.
