(a) A homestead vendor or the owner of a small farm who sells meat products from livestock under this chapter must keep the meat products refrigerated in a manner consistent with best food handling practices.\n(b) A homestead vendor or the owner of a small farm who is subject to section 8 of this chapter shall:\n(1) handle;\n(2) refrigerate;\n(3) transport; and\n(4) store;\nthe meat products or food products in a manner that prevents contamination or adulteration.","path":["TITLE 16.
