A person employed by the state department to make inspections under this chapter may not do any of the following:\n(1) Directly or indirectly engage in the business of dealing in petroleum products.\n(2) Engage in any other business of a nature that prevents proper attention to the details and duties of the necessary inspections as prescribed by this chapter.","path":["TITLE 16.
