In establishing the inspection program, the state department shall collect samples of motor fuel on a random basis for testing and analysis. The state department may do the following:\n(1) Obtain access to motor fuel outlets during normal business hours for the following purposes:\n(A) Examination.\n(B) Inspection.\n(C) Investigation.\n(2) Issue a stop sale order for violation of this chapter or for a motor fuel found not to be in compliance with the standards set forth in this chapter.\n(3) Rescind a stop sale order under subdivision (2) if the motor fuel is brought into full compliance with this chapter.\n(4) Refuse to issue, revoke, or suspend the registration of a motor fuel that is not in full compliance with this chapter.","path":["TITLE 16.
