(a) A person seeking a grant or contract under this chapter must submit a proposal to a local health department in the manner prescribed by the local health department.\n(b) A proposal for a contract or grant under this chapter must include proposed measurable and specific improvement in Indiana in one (1) or more core public health services.\n(c) A local health department shall consider working collaboratively with another local health department in awarding a contract or grant under this chapter.","path":["TITLE 16.
