(a) If money is received and disbursed under this chapter in a particular state fiscal year, the state department shall submit to the governor and the general assembly a report on the following before November 1 of the following state fiscal year:\n(1) The receipt, disbursement, and use of funds.\n(2) The identification of shortage areas.\n(3) The number of applications for loan repayment by the following categories:\n(A) Profession.\n(B) Specialty.\n(C) Underserved area to be served.\n(4) The number and amount of loan repayments provided by the state department.\n(b) A report submitted to the general assembly under this section must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.","path":["TITLE 16.
