As used in this chapter, \"cancer center\" means one (1) of the following:\n(1) An institution that has been designated by the National Cancer Institute as a:\n(A) comprehensive cancer center;\n(B) clinical cancer center; or\n(C) basic laboratory cancer center.\n(2) A cancer research facility that is formally part of an approved postsecondary educational institution (as defined in IC 21-7-13-6(b)).","path":["TITLE 16.
