A child fatality committee is established in each county and consists of the following members:\n(1) The prosecuting attorney of the county or a representative of the prosecuting attorney.\n(2) The county coroner or a deputy coroner of the county representing the county coroner.\n(3) A representative from:\n(A) a county health department established under IC 16-20-2;\n(B) a health and hospital corporation established under IC 16-22-8; or\n(C) a multiple county health department established under IC 16-20-3;\nthat is located in or serves the county.\n(4) A representative from the department of child services.\n(5) A representative of law enforcement from the county.","path":["TITLE 16.
