(a) A payor or an Indiana nonprofit hospital system may report a violation of this chapter to the state department on a form prescribed by the state department.\n(b) The state department may assess a civil penalty of one thousand dollars ($1,000) per day against a qualified provider for a violation of this chapter.","path":["TITLE 16.
