As used in this article, \"health care facility\" includes the following:\n(1) A housing with services establishment (as defined in IC 12-10-15-3).\n(2) A private mental health institution licensed under IC 12-25.\n(3) An ambulatory outpatient surgical center licensed under IC 16-21-2.\n(4) A hospital licensed under IC 16-21-2.\n(5) A hospice program licensed under IC 16-25-3.\n(6) A home health agency licensed under IC 16-27-1.\n(7) A health facility licensed under IC 16-28-2 or IC 16-28-3.\n(8) A child caring institution or group home licensed under IC 31-27.","path":["TITLE 16.
