(a) A person that owns or operates a temporary health care services agency shall:\n(1) register annually with; and\n(2) provide a list of each location to;\nthe state department in the manner prescribed by the state department.\n(b) A registration under this chapter is valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance. However, if a temporary health care services agency is sold or ownership is transferred, the registration is void and the new owner shall apply for registration under this chapter.","path":["TITLE 16.
