{"data":{"id":"us-in/ic-20-18-2-9","jurisdiction":"us-in","citation":"IC 20-18-2-9","heading":"\"Individualized education program\"","body":"Sec. 9. \"Individualized education program\" means a written statement developed for a child by a group that includes:\n(1) a representative of the school corporation or public agency responsible for educating the child;\n(2) the child's teacher;\n(3) the child's parent, guardian, or custodian;\n(4) if appropriate, the child; and\n(5) if the provision of services for a child with a serious emotional disability is considered, a mental health professional provided by:\n(A) the community mental health center (as described in IC 12-29); or\n(B) a provider (as defined in IC 12-7-2.1-267(5));\nserving the community in which the child resides;\nand that describes the special education to be provided to the child.","path":["TITLE 20.
