(a) As used in this chapter, \"eligible entity\" means any of the following:\n(1) A school corporation.\n(2) A public school, including a charter school.\n(3) A state accredited nonpublic school.\n(4) An approved intermediary.\n(5) A career coaching provider approved by the department under section 7 of this chapter.\n(b) The term does not include a state educational institution.","path":["TITLE 20.
