(a) Not later than December 1, 2026, the secretary of education shall prepare and submit a report, in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6, to the general assembly with recommendations on the following:\n(1) Strategies to support academically and fiscally underperforming schools.\n(2) Interventions, as necessary, regarding schools described in subdivision (1).\n(b) This section expires July 1, 2027.","path":["TITLE 20.
