(a) Upon the request of a school corporation that is required to submit a corrective action plan, the DUAB and other appropriate state departments and agencies shall:\n(1) assist the school corporation in developing the corrective action plan; and\n(2) provide technical assistance to the school corporation.\n(b) The DUAB and any other state departments or agencies that provide assistance to a school corporation under this section are not responsible for implementing the corrective action plan.","path":["TITLE 20.
