(a) If the lesser of at least:\n(1) one hundred (100) students of a school corporation; or\n(2) thirty percent (30%) of the total number of students enrolled in the school corporation;\nreceive at least fifty percent (50%) of instruction through a school corporation's virtual education program, the school corporation shall establish a dedicated virtual education school.\n(b) The department shall assign a separate school identification number for the dedicated virtual education school.\n(c) Before December 31, 2026, the state board shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to establish financial reporting and oversight required by a school corporation and a vendor who enter into or renew a contract relating to the operation of a dedicated virtual education school.","path":["TITLE 20.
