(a) The state board shall develop a definition for and report biennially to:\n(1) the general assembly; and\n(2) the governor;\non attrition and persistence rates by students enrolled in secondary career and technical education. A biennial report under this section to the general assembly must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.\n(b) The state board shall use data from the department of workforce development in developing a definition and a report under subsection (a).","path":["TITLE 20.
