The department, with the approval of the state board, shall establish and maintain a dual language immersion program to provide grants, in an amount not to exceed fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), to school corporations and charter schools that establish dual language immersion programs in:\n(1) Chinese;\n(2) Spanish;\n(3) French; or\n(4) any other language approved by the department.","path":["TITLE 20.
