Not later than November 1, 2028, the department shall do the following:\n(1) Prepare a report that includes the following:\n(A) A summary regarding the:\n(i) school corporations and schools participating in the pilot program;\n(ii) implementation of the pilot program by each local board;\n(iii) results and outcomes regarding the pilot program; and\n(iv) implementation plans submitted by the local boards under section 8(b) of this chapter.\n(B) Any recommendations regarding:\n(i) legislation or procedures to further carry out the purposes of this chapter and an implementation plan submitted under section 8(b) of this chapter; and\n(ii) whether to extend the pilot program to additional applicants.\n(C) A plan to adopt best practices from the pilot program statewide.\n(2) Submit the report to the legislative council in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.","path":["TITLE 20.
