(a) The student transportation pilot program is established to provide transportation to all students attending:\n(1) school corporations;\n(2) charter schools; and\n(3) nonpublic schools with at least one (1) employee;\nwithin the geographic boundaries described in the application under section 5(c) of this chapter.\n(b) The pilot program is established for a three (3) year period consisting of the 2026-2027, 2027-2028, and 2028-2029 school years.","path":["TITLE 20.
