(a) The mastery based education pilot program is established to support a school corporation or charter school that is selected by the department under subsection (b) in implementing mastery based education.\n(b) The department:\n(1) shall administer the pilot program; and\n(2) may select school corporations and charter schools that meet the requirements under this chapter to participate in the pilot program.","path":["TITLE 20.
