The following individuals may apply for the issuance of a diploma to an eligible veteran under the program:\n(1) An eligible veteran, including an eligible veteran who has received a general educational development (GED) diploma issued under IC 20-20-6 (before its repeal) or IC 22-4.1-18, or a similar diploma.\n(2) An individual who is:\n(A) the surviving spouse of; or\n(B) otherwise related to;\nan eligible veteran who is deceased.","path":["TITLE 20.
