(a) This section applies only to a board member serving under section 2(a)(1) of this chapter.\n(b) The term of a board member is four (4) years and expires June 30, 2025, and each fourth year thereafter.\n(c) The term of a member begins upon appointment by the governor.\n(d) A member may serve after the member's term expires until the term of the member's successor begins.\n(e) The governor may reappoint a member to serve a new term.","path":["TITLE 20.
