Before July 1, 2026, the governing body shall also submit a report to the distressed unit appeal board and the budget committee. The report required by this section must address each of the following topics:\n(1) Finances.\n(2) Operations.\n(3) Academics.\n(4) The effectiveness of the governance structure.\nThe distressed unit appeal board shall present the topics addressed by the report to the budget committee before November 1, 2026.","path":["TITLE 20.
