As used in this chapter, \"school corporation\" means:\n(1) a school corporation created under IC 20-23-4; and\n(2) any other school corporation established under any other statute of the state of Indiana, which has common boundaries with any school corporation or corporations formed under IC 20-23-4.\nThe term does not include any public school corporation located in whole or any part in a county containing a consolidated city.","path":["TITLE 20.
