{"data":{"id":"us-in/ic-20-24-1-2.5","jurisdiction":"us-in","citation":"IC 20-24-1-2.5","heading":"\"Authorizer\"","body":"Sec. 2.5. \"Authorizer\" means, for a charter school, one (1) of the following:\n(1) Subject to IC 20-24-2.2-1.2, a governing body.\n(2) A state educational institution that offers a four (4) year baccalaureate degree.\n(3) The executive (as defined in IC 36-1-2-5) of a consolidated city.\n(4) The charter board.\n(5) Subject to IC 20-24-2.2-1.2, a governing board of a nonprofit college or university that provides a four (4) year educational program for which it awards a baccalaureate or more advanced degree, including the following:\nAnderson University\nBethel University\nButler University\nCalumet College of St. Joseph\nDePauw University\nEarlham College\nFranklin College\nGoshen College\nGrace College\nHanover College\nHoly Cross College\nHuntington University\nIndiana Tech\nIndiana Wesleyan University\nManchester University\nMarian University\nMartin University\nOakland City University\nRose-Hulman Institute of Technology\nSaint Mary-of-the-Woods College\nSaint Mary's College\nTaylor University\nTrine University\nUniversity of Evansville\nUniversity of Indianapolis\nUniversity of Notre Dame\nUniversity of Saint Francis\nValparaiso University\nWabash College.","path":["TITLE 20.
