(a) This chapter applies to the following:\n(1) A charter school that does not receive a pro rata share of local property tax revenue.\n(2) An innovation network school located in a school city, as defined in IC 20-25-2-12, that existed on January 1, 2015, that does not receive a pro rata share of local property tax revenue (referred to as an innovation network school in this chapter).\n(b) This chapter does not apply to a virtual charter school or an adult high school.","path":["TITLE 20.
