(a) An annual grant program is established to provide funding to a school for the following:\n(1) Capital improvements for the school, including the renovation or expansion of a facility, or for debt or lease payments owed on a facility, including advances from the common school fund under IC 20-49-9.\n(2) The purposes for which the school corporation's operations fund may be used by a school corporation under IC 20-40-18.\n(3) The purposes for which a technology grant from the Senator David C. Ford educational technology fund may be used by a school corporation under IC 20-20.5-6-3.\n(b) The program shall be administered by the state board.\n(c) The state board shall establish a written application and procedure for providing grants under this chapter to a school described in section 5 of this chapter.","path":["TITLE 20.
