A charter school shall:\n(1) establish written discipline rules, which must include a graduated system of discipline and may include:\n(A) appropriate dress codes; and\n(B) if applicable, an agreement for court assisted resolution of school suspension and expulsion cases;\nfor the charter school; and\n(2) publicize the discipline rules within the charter school where the discipline rules apply, which may include:\n(A) making a copy of the discipline rules available to students or parents, guardians, or custodians of students; or\n(B) delivering a copy of the discipline rules to students or parents, guardians, or custodians of students.\nThe publicity requirement is satisfied if the charter school makes a good faith effort to disseminate the text or substance of the discipline rules to students or parents, guardians, or custodians of students generally.","path":["TITLE 20.
