(a) An organizer may apply for and accept for a charter school:\n(1) independent financial grants; and\n(2) funds from public or private sources other than the department.\n(b) An organizer shall make all applications, enter into all contracts, and sign all documents necessary for the receipt by a charter school of aid, money, or property from the federal government.","path":["TITLE 20.
