The board shall establish annual student performance improvement levels for each school that are not less rigorous than the student performance improvement levels under IC 20-31-1, IC 20-31-8, and IC 20-31-10, including the following:\n(1) For students:\n(A) improvement in results on assessment tests and assessment programs;\n(B) improvement in attendance rates; and\n(C) improvement in progress toward graduation.\n(2) For teachers:\n(A) improvement in student results on assessment tests and assessment programs;\n(B) improvement in the number and percentage of students achieving:\n(i) state achievement standards; and\n(ii) if applicable, performance levels set by the board;\non assessment tests;\n(C) improvement in student progress toward graduation;\n(D) improvement in student attendance rates for the school year;\n(E) improvement in individual teacher attendance rates;\n(F) improvement in:\n(i) communication with parents; and\n(ii) parental involvement in classroom and extracurricular activities; and\n(G) other objectives developed by the board.\n(3) For the school and school administrators:\n(A) improvement in student results on assessment tests, totaled by class and grade;\n(B) improvement in the number and percentage of students achieving:\n(i) state achievement standards; and\n(ii) if applicable, performance levels set by the board;\non assessment tests, totaled by class and grade;\n(C) improvement in:\n(i) student graduation rates; and\n(ii) progress toward graduation;\n(D) improvement in student attendance rates;\n(E) management of:\n(i) education fund expenditures;\n(ii) operations fund expenditures; and\n(iii) total expenditures;\nper student;\n(F) improvement in teacher attendance rates; and\n(G) other objectives developed by the board.","path":["TITLE 20.
