(a) Educators in each school are responsible for improving student achievement in the school and may develop the educators' own school plan to achieve improvement that:\n(1) conforms to the guidelines issued by the board; and\n(2) has a cost that does not exceed the amount allocated to the school under section 5 of this chapter.\n(b) Educators may use traditional or innovative techniques that the educators believe will:\n(1) best maintain a secure and supportive educational environment; and\n(2) improve student achievement.","path":["TITLE 20.
