(a) Each school's educators may:\n(1) determine the educational resources, goods, and services that are necessary and appropriate for improving student performance in the school; and\n(2) obtain or purchase the educational resources, goods, and services.\n(b) Purchases and acquisitions under this section are subject to:\n(1) the general guidelines developed by the board; and\n(2) the school's budget.","path":["TITLE 20.
