To provide the board with the necessary flexibility and resources to carry out this article, the following apply:\n(1) The board may:\n(A) eliminate or modify existing policies;\n(B) create new policies; and\n(C) alter policies;\nsubject to this article and the plan developed under IC 20-25-10.\n(2) IC 20-29 applies to the school city.\n(3) Notwithstanding any other law, a school city may lease school transportation equipment to others for nonschool use when the equipment is not in use for a school city purpose.","path":["TITLE 20.
