This chapter applies to the school city to the extent the chapter is not in conflict with:\n(1) IC 20-23-4 and IC 20-23-16; and\n(2) the school reorganization plan applicable to the school city or the school city's successor corporation under the terms of IC 20-23-4 and IC 20-23-16.\nHowever, IC 20-25-3-4 prevails over any conflicting provision of IC 20-23-4 and IC 20-23-16 and over the provisions of any school reorganization plan.","path":["TITLE 20.
