(a) The board shall establish appropriate criteria to:\n(1) set priorities for parental choices; and\n(2) assign students to schools.\n(b) Criteria established under this section must provide that if the parent of a student chooses to enroll the student in a neighborhood school, the student will be assigned to the neighborhood school, subject only to building capacity limitations.","path":["TITLE 20.
