(a) \"Participating school\" means the following schools:\n(1) A school maintained by the school city.\n(2) The following that are located within the geographic boundaries of the school city:\n(A) A participating innovation network school.\n(B) A participating innovation network charter school.\n(C) A charter school.\n(b) The term does not include the following:\n(1) An adult high school (as defined in IC 20-24-1-2.3).\n(2) A virtual charter school (as defined in IC 20-24-1-10).","path":["TITLE 20.
