(a) Except as provided in this article, an agreement to establish an innovation network school entered into before July 1, 2015, is governed by IC 20-25.5 (before its repeal) as it existed on June 30, 2015.\n(b) The parties to an agreement entered into under IC 20-25.5 (before its repeal) may jointly modify the agreement to provide that one (1) or more sections of this article are applicable to the agreement.","path":["TITLE 20.
