(a) Beginning in the 2022-2023 school year, each school corporation and charter high school shall provide:\n(1) each student; and\n(2) a parent of each student;\nof a school corporation or a charter high school who is in grade 12 with a notice regarding the information described in IC 21-18-6-6(b).\n(b) Each school corporation and charter high school shall use the model notice prepared by the commission for higher education under IC 21-18-6-6.\n(c) A nonpublic high school may provide:\n(1) a student; or\n(2) the parent of a student;\nof a nonpublic school who is in grade 12 with a notice regarding the information described in IC 21-18-6-6(b).","path":["TITLE 20.
