A school bus driver may not consume an alcoholic beverage during school hours or while operating a school bus. A transportation contract may be terminated without hearing upon presentation of reliable evidence that a school bus driver has consumed an alcoholic beverage:\n(1) during school hours;\n(2) while operating a school bus; or\n(3) while performing the school bus driver's duties.","path":["TITLE 20.
