(a) Notwithstanding any other law, the department may grant a license to teach:\n(1) a high school level course; or\n(2) in grades 5 through 9;\nto an individual who completes a licensure pathway established by the department.\n(b) A licensure pathway established by the department under subsection (a)(1) must be aligned to a course content area that is part of student diploma requirements established by the state board under IC 20-19-2-21.","path":["TITLE 20.
