On the written recommendation of the secretary of education, the department may suspend or revoke a license for:\n(1) immorality;\n(2) misconduct in office;\n(3) incompetency; or\n(4) willful neglect of duty.\nFor each suspension or revocation, the department shall comply with IC 4-21.5-3.","path":["TITLE 20.
